Japanese wedding or Halloween parade? PacMan doesn’t seem to like to eat Wario and pirates as much as dots and ghosts.
It’s the season for spooks. This is from last year’s Halloween children’s parade put on by the Ashland Chamber of Commerce. Everyone gathers at 3:15 in front of the library to begin a march to the plaza.
