Yesterday SOU beat first place OIT twice for the first time in five years. Details here.
Today’s photo is a composite of two photos. If you look closely you’ll see that the right side-infielders are cheering. That’s because by the time I got to them the batter had already swung and missed.
The CCC tournament is double elimination format. SOU plays at 11:30 in Klamath Falls against OIT. If they win at least one game today then they will also play tomorrow. Win three (or possibly four) before losing two and they will be headed to the NAIA tournament.
@SOURaiders With the Raiders doubleheader sweep today, their magic number drops to one. Problem is, they go into Saturday’s games against Concordia as the underdog and Northwest Christian University goes in to their Saturday games as the favorite vs. Corban. Just one upset is all it will take…
Concordia-Irvine won the National Championship last year, and they are ranked #1 this year, but two of their past three losses (mingled with 48 victories) are against the SOU Women’s Softball Team. Sydney White led the way, as she probably will all this season, with a complete game victory.
