		<description>People were using car keys as well... but its not ALL the penguins that were fooled... just one or two... 
Also, children under 11(?) enter the Park FREE... now thats something worth mentioning...</description>

		<description>The penguin exhibit was cool in that you could observe the penguins from above or below the water line. The penguins weren&#039;t so bright, though, as kids were fake feeding them below the water line, and the penguins didn&#039;t seem to be catching on to the fact that a kid couldn&#039;t feed them with a piece of paper through three inches of glass.</description>

		<description>Ah, I&#039;ve been there as well, of course without the Grutt pass. ;)
But 700 yen is really a bargain for all the aquariums they&#039;ve got. If I remember correctly, there were also basins with penguins, which is always a plus. Everything is better when a penguin is involved. ;)</description>
