Time travel does exist. Almost 30 years ago, I saw Sepultura<\/a> a few days into their first visit to the USA. I haven’t seen another band from Brazil since (except Hibria<\/a>, but that doesn’t really count as I was in Japan, and I wasn’t going to Loudpark see them).<\/p>\n

I was looking forward to Nervosa after listening to their tunes online. However, they far exceeded my expectations. If I dare say, they were better (much more fun anyway) than Sepultura was at The Omni in Oakland in 1989.<\/p>\n

May their careers be longer (much longer–Sepultura broke up, for the most part, seven years later) than their Brazilian thrash predecessors.<\/p>\n
