This year’s celebration will take place on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, January 16). The location will be the same as prior years, the Historic Ashland Armory @ 208 Oak Street. The doors will open at 11:30, but you will need to arrive before then for a decent chance at a seat as the armory always fills up. People are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to donate to the Ashland Emergency Food Bank. Admission is free.<\/p>\n

A live simulcast will take place at the Varisty Theatre on East Main Street for those who can’t get into the armory.<\/p>\n
