SOU is coming off three consecutive victories in which they scored 60+ points&#8211;something which has never been done before in college football in Oregon. Not even the Oregon Ducks can make such a claim. <\/p>\n<p>Southern Oregon University&#8217;s opponent will be a formidable one however. The Carroll College Saints are ranked in the top 10 and have won the NAIA National Championship for football 6 times (all in the past 10 years!).
