I think this was only the second time I have missed the Halloween parade in 11 years. <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/tag\/kawasaki\/>The other time I was in Japan watching their version of a Halloween parade<\/a>. Rain was falling for the beginning of the test, but by the time I walked out of my classroom in Taylor Hall at 5:30 the rain had stopped and the campus was empty.
