With no moon, clear skies, and no sizable population within 30+ miles the Milky Way was quite visible with the naked eye. <\/p>\n<p>I am between tripods at the moment so I had to prop my camera up in some old manure to get this shot, a 15 second exposure (to avoid star trails) @ <a href=https:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/ashland\/tag\/nikon-nikkor-wide-angle-lens-24-mm-f2-8-d-af\/>24mm<\/a>.
