With average rainfall approaching 100 inches per year (for reference for those of you, like me, who live in the Pacific Northwest, that&#8217;s more than <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/tag\/portland\/>Portland<\/a> and <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/tag\/seattle\/>Seattle<\/a> combined!), a view like this isn&#8217;t frequently possible.
