Ironically, even though I&#8217;ve seen him twice, I&#8217;ve never seen him play in the USA. I saw him in Copenhagen, with <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/2008\/07\/exodus\/>Exodus<\/a>, in 2008 and then again with Slayer last year (also in Copenhagen).
