Using Google&#8217;s street view I see that nothing has changed in the past eight years. After doing a little research it looks like this 235-year old building won&#8217;t be changing in the future either. This place was protected beginning in 1945. Although the sign indicates a bakery, this hasn&#8217;t been an active Danish bakery since 1976.<\/p>\n<p>I found the photo below from when it was an active bakery, but this picture may be from a hundred years ago.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019-572x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"572\" height=\"800\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-19777\" srcset=\"https:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019-572x800.jpg 572w, https:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019-179x250.jpg 179w, https:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019-768x1073.jpg 768w, https:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/b6019.jpg 845w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 572px) 100vw, 572px\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 Trappen was built as a bakery in 1784 for baker Peter Christian Trochmann. <\/p>\n<p>Another interesting tidbit I learned from researching this building is <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/tag\/the-rolling-stones\/>the Rolling Stones<\/a> stayed nearby in 1966 before their concert in Copenhagen.
