The structure being built out the window was the Tokyo Sky Tree, which was less than 300 meters high at the time. <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/2010\/05\/tokyo-skyline-from-odaiba-by-day\/>Now it is up to almost 400 meters<\/a>.
