Their last few albums, in particular, are absolute works of art. They mix the heavy with the softer sounds in such a delicate and breathtaking way that words can&#8217;t describe their creations. Their songs are complex and age well. It rains most days in Bergen, but I hope the weather is good today.<\/p>\n<p>Enslaved played inside the Gasklockorna, a building more than 100 years old that was once used for storage of the city&#8217;s supplies of gas and reminded me a bit of the <a href=http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/2008\/12\/old-places\/>Roman Pantheon<\/a>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enslaved are, to put it simply, the best band on the planet right now.
