The Shinjuku Sumitomo Building (\u65b0\u5bbf\u4f4f\u53cb\u30d3\u30eb\u30c7\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0) was one of the tallest buildings in the world back in the 1970s. <\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s photo is of a lunch I had in one of the restaurants (sorry but I don&#8217;t remember which one). You will frequently see menu items in Japan featuring the word &#8220;stamina.&#8221; In the Japanese context, stamina food means raw eggs, meat, and\/or vegetables. My lunch featured all three to go along with miso soup, something pickled, and some mugicha (wheat tea).
