We won 20 and lost less than a handful so on that front it was a good season. I really didn&#8217;t manage to win though. I just tried to get the girls to play as many different positions and have as much fun as possible. All of them were hitting the ball which is unusual at this level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/img_4202trim.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ashland Oregon Little League\" src=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/img_4202trim.jpg\" alt=\"Pitching Ashland Oregon Little League\" width=800><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I think my daughter, Ellie, played every position. Most girls played everywhere except pitcher and catcher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/img_4213trim.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ashland Oregon Little League\" src=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/img_4213trim.jpg\" alt=\"Catching Ashland Oregon Little League\" width=800><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We had six different pitchers during the year and five different catchers so many girls did play every position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/IMG_2433trim.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ashland Oregon Little League\" src=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/IMG_2433trim.jpg\" alt=\"Outfield Ashland Oregon Little League\" width=800><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The above one is actually from last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/2008thunder.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ashland Oregon Little League\" src=\"http:\/\/traveljapanblog.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/2008thunder.jpg\" alt=\"Team Picture Ashland Oregon Little League\" width=800><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And, finally, here is most of my team. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I should really have my daughter blog this entry, but since I managed her team I guess it&#8217;s as much my baby.
