5th Grade Orchestra
Thanks to the recession and budget cuts, this is the final year for 5th Grade Orchestra. The venue for tonight’s concert was the Ashland Middle School Gym. The wall in the back looks like the Ashland High School Gym because the high school is temporarily using it while their gym is rebuilt.

Too bad re: the orchestra program. My two eldest are in orchestra now and we’re just waiting to hear if it will be one of the programs on the chopping board.

Does anyone have any good ideas as far as fundraising for the 5th grade orchestras??
If we did concerts around the valley with kids (in all ages) to raise money, do you think it would help at all??
