2016 SOU Football Team after 1st victory

The Frontier Conference standings for football are as even as they possibly could be (after each team has played two or three conference games) with three teams at 2-1, two at 1-1, and three at 1-2. Anyone can still win the conference. Massey has five Frontier Conference teams in the NAIA top nine, led by SOU at #4 (with the most difficult schedule–SoS in the above chart–in the NAIA). The coaches’ poll won’t be that kind. The Raiders will be the only team in the top ten come Monday afternoon.

Massey gives SOU a 72% chance of beating Carroll in Montana this Saturday, a much higher percentage than the Raiders have ever been given at Carroll. Southern Oregon has only won once at Carroll College.
