Get there early (before 7 p.m.) if you want a seat. Get there before 6 p.m. if you want a free t-shirt. If you don’t already have a ticket, get there before 4 as the last few tickets will be sold then.

The 21-3 Lady Raiders cracked the Top 10 in the national rankings today for the first time (this late in the season) in more than 15 years. As they don’t have any players in the #2-9 uniform category, the only place they have to go from here is to #1.

In an announcement, that should have surprised no one that followed the SOU women’s basketball games the past weekend, Carly Meister was recognized today as the Red Lion Player of the Week for the Cascade Conference. She had 32 points on Friday and 20 on Saturday with 10 or more rebounds each night in SOU’s two victories.

The latest rankings have the 19-3 Southern Oregon University women’s basketball team at #13 again. The basketball teams will be hitting the road for Washington this weekend. They play Northwest on Friday and Evergreen on Saturday.

The photos I post here are a small fraction of the photos I actually have. If you would like to print any of the photos on this blog, you are welcome to do so at no charge. Be sure to click on the photo to get to the higher resolution size which will print with more quality. If you want to use them on the web (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.), you are welcome to do so if you link back to traveljapanblog.com/ashland with the photo or link back to the URL with source of the photo.
If you would like me to search through all of my photos and send you photos of the particular athlete you are looking for I charge a reasonable fee for the time it takes me to find all of those photos and to process them for you. I do not normally sell prints. I email you the high quality electronic files in .jpg format, and you can do the printing and framing yourself through a local or online service.
