Five years ago today…

cherry blossoms sakura edogawa tokyo yochien

Nothing is more cheery than Japanese cherry blossoms this time of year, nothing that is except sakura AND a couple dozen kindergartners.

    I went to Japan again last week and the week before and finally saw the Japanese cherry blossoms with my own eyes in Tokyo and Kyoto. Now I finally and fully understand what all the fuss is really about. 🙂
    I’ve now been in Japan in every season except for rainy season. 😉
