Oldest operating astronomical clock in the world
First installed in 1410, the clock has had features added over the centuries, and there was a time it wasn’t operating (1945 until 1948–thanks Nazis). The last renovation took place after I took this photo in 2017. The renovations on the Old Town Tower (and clock) were completed a few months ago. There is a chance I’ll get to see it again in summer of 2019.
