Rum Rebellion
Rum Rebellion (along with Total Chaos and Repellent) will be playing an all ages show at Club 66 today (5/4/14). The show has to end before 8 p.m. so expect Repellent to hit the stage at 5 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
SOU Softball – Julia Willison
Julia Willison was among the league leaders in many offensive categories and lead the league in on-base percentage earning her a spot on the all-conference team. Ashley Lowe received honorable mention.

Breakfast w/ beer @ Club 66
There are lots of good places to eat breakfast in Ashland. On the weekends you can wait for an hour before being served (at places like Breadboard, Morning Glory, The Wild Goose, and Brothers–all wonderful places to eat BTW) and walk out paying $10-15 for your meal if you drink water. However, did you know that on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. you can walk into Club 66 and have a delicious breakfast without waiting AND have a beer too for just $8? If Sunday morning (early afternoon) sports are your thing then you can watch the game while you eat!

Shoestring Trio kicked off their West Coast Tour in Ashland last night. They have a really nice sound so if you live somewhere between Portland, Oregon and Hollywood, California check them out over the next couple weeks as they are coming to a venue near you.
SOU Football Annual Spring Game
@SOURaiders @SOU_Football Tonight the SOU football team will take the field in the annual contest of defeating themselves. Although the game is just a scrimmage of sorts there is a bit more seriousness than the typical scrimmage. The game starts at 6. Free parking and tailgating will be happening before then.
Carter Glick – Ashland High School Baseball
@ahs_baseball Ashland won today over Grants Pass 5-0. With Ashland committing no errors and Glick walking no one, that one hit was the only thing keeping this from being a perfect game. That’s 14 wins in a row for AHS.
Native American Student Union @ 2013 SOU International Show
Tonight’s the night for the annual International Show @ SOU. The festivities begin at 7:30 in the Music Recital Hall on campus. Some years the seats have filled up long before 7:30 so if you want to attend I suggest arriving by 7 p.m.

AHS Baseball – Nick Sanderson
The Ashland High School baseball team has now won 13 in a row after today’s 7-2 win over Phoenix. Nick Sanderson had two hits (including a home run over the fence), two runs, and three RBIs. A game in Grants Pass is next on Thursday, followed by a home game against Henley on Saturday at noon.
