Unfortunately, the game the Ducks lost was the game when I was there. Ryan Riga tossed a complete game shutout with 10 Ks for the Buckeyes in the rain on Saturday evening when I took today’s photo. The Oregon Ducks were trying anything to get on base including many bunt attempts.

The SOU Men’s Lacrosse team defeated the Slugs 14-4 in occasional rain and bits of sun and rainbows yesterday.

The SOU Women’s Basketball Team just beat the #1 seed to move on to the finals in the Cascade Conference Championships.

Allison Gida scored 20 points, had 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. Carly Meister was even more impressive with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists.

With Tuesday’s victory over Evergreen in Ashland, the Southern Oregon University Women’s Basketball Team earned the right to take on the #1 seed (Eastern) in the conference. The problem is that Eastern Oregon has a league best 12-1 home record. The good news is that SOU has a league best 10 wins on the road. It’s time for an upset in SOU’s favor.
