SOU Softball – Alyssa Fielding

By virtue of having lost 7 of their last 8 games, the Raiders are faced with a battle for their playoff life instead of a battle for second place and a home game or two in the playoffs. They play two today against Northwest University and two more against second place Concordia tomorrow. Win them all and they will enter the playoffs as the #4 seed. As they have a mere one-game lead on Northwest Christian and a two-game lead on Corban, their playoff odds will fall with each loss. Hopefully they can snag two in Kirkland, Washington today.

North Mountain Park (Ashland, Oregon)

@ahs_baseball Ashland High School, currently ranked #1 in the state of Oregon at the 5A level and having defeated the previously #1 ranked 6A team, goes for their 10th straight victory against 6A Roseburg in Ashland today at 4:30. Even though Roseburg isn’t ranked in the Top 10 for 6A teams, beating any 6A team is not easy for a 5A school. This should be a good game.

SOU’s Churchill Hall in Spring

Southern Oregon University is wet today, but a couple weeks ago campus looked like today’s photo. The blossoms went very early this year. Normally the campus doesn’t look like this until the end of April.
