Today’s photo came from my phone. This coming Sunday’s photos will be more than a bit better.
A few standing (down front) tickets remain, but probably not after today.

Not the finest work I’ve done, today’s photo is from my phone out a dirty airplane window yesterday. That was my first flight in over a year and a half. Felt like finally coming back to life. Now I’m in Copenhagen and quite jet-lagged.
Anyway, back to this photo… Emigrant Lake on the top, some Almeda Fire remains and rebuilding on the bottom left.
To-go and delivery for now, but back to usual business once Covid restrictions are lifted.
I went on a 26 mile ride this morning, doing the Ashland Loop Road in its entirety for the first time in over 15 years.
I have ridden down the Pepsi Trail in the Ashland Watershed a couple of times, each time I vowed never to do it again. Although there is one good section, the rest is way too steep and rutted to be fun for someone like me. A few days ago I decided to ride it in the opposite direction, somehow thinking that would be better (on an electric-assist bike). Turns out, Pepsi is just as bad, if not worse, going uphill. Never again!
But the views (the one above from near the intersection with the Ashland Loop Road) are sometimes lovely.
