@copenhell #copenhell2017 @HuldreMetal
2021 Copenhell has been canceled. However, I will have four nights of music in Copenhagen on those same days. Instead of dozens of bands, there will be a total of 10 over four days–all Danish.
Huldre called it quits before the pandemic began. Good timing I suppose.
@Manticoraband @COPENHELL #copenhell
This summer was supposed to be the ultimate concert/festival summer, with me seeing hundreds of bands in many countries (after a year of no concerts and festivals). Alas, that vision has been trimmed down considerably (thanks to the cancelation of Copenhell, Tons of Rock, Roskilde Festival, MetalDays, and Brutal Assault) to dozens of bands in a few countries. I can’t complain, since if I were to stay in the States I’d probably only be able to catch a few local bands.
Although Manticora hasn’t announced any shows that I will be able to attend, I will be seeing many (mostly?) Danish bands this year. I’m down to three mini-festivals (Metal Magic, G! Festival, and Josefstadt) and a few other shows in smaller venues in Denmark and Poland.
