The Washington State Cougars will be in Eugene today. Today’s photo comes from the 2017 season, a decent season for the Cougars. Erik Powell, the kicker for WSU, had a great season going 6 for 7 in the 40-49 yard range and 3 for 4 from 50+ yards. Surprisingly, he didn’t get picked up by any NFL teams.

Tomorrow will be a home game for the #11 University of Oregon football team against Washington State. With a 4-0 record in the Pac-12, and a schedule that doesn’t include Utah (until a possible matchup in the Pac-12 Championship Game), it’s conceivable that they go undefeated in the conference. They still have a couple of possibly tough road games at USC and Arizona State, but they should be favored in both.
