On several occasions, other photographers have sent me a photo of me taking a photo, but I think this is the first time another photographer sent me a video of me taking a photo.

Dark Chapel’s Dario Lorina (guitar) and Mike Gunn (bass) (November 2025)

We ran into these guys near the Deschutes Brewery Public House a couple of hours before they went on stage just a few blocks away. We had dinner with them before watching their awesomeness on stage. Great night!

Black Label Society behind-the-head guitar duel (October 2021 – Roseland PDX)

Zakk Wylde is standing on his grand piano (that he was playing just moments before) with Dario Lorina on the left in today’s photo.

Four years and change later, I’ll be seeing Dario’s Dark Chapel open for Zakk Sabbath in Bend in 20 days.
