Russell Martin was one of the few who did not hit a home run at this game, which set a record for total home runs by both teams at the new Yankee Stadium. David Ross hit one, and Martin was calling the pitches when the Braves hit five home runs.

On the night I took this photo (6/24/12), Batista took the loss after giving up a score-tying home run to Robinson Cano in the 8th inning. The Mets released him a month later.
