Today’s photo comes from Copenhagen’s main canal almost three years ago. The bridge on the left (Inderhavnsbro) had its grand opening less than a month before. I went over that bridge dozens of times last summer, as my apartment was nearby. Unfortunately, this year, my abode will be as far away from this part of town as it has ever been so my Nyhavn visits will drop dramatically.

There are dozens of copies of Rodin’s “The Thinker”, but this one in Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen is one of the earliest and was made while Auguste Rodin was still alive.

Three summers ago I had a sweet place next to Copenhagen’s lakes. Alas, this year the selection of housing was slim to none. I’m going to live in CBS campus housing for the first time.

After today’s photo was taken the building and clock underwent a renovation which was the situation when I was there in 2017. The renovation was recently completed so I’m excited to see the result and to go to the top for the first time this August.
