Skelator, part 3
Today’s Skelator pics will be the last, for now anyway. If they come back to Southern Oregon someday I’ll throw some more pictures of them up on the blog beforehand to promote the gig.

More Skelator pics coming soon… Today’s photo is from their show a couple weeks ago in Medford on 11/15/13.
Today’s photo is from last Saturday morning. Portland was experiencing some relatively rare sun, and it was hitting these carrots just so. I couldn’t resist a pic.
Opening for Finntroll this past Friday night in Portland’s Hawthorne Theatre was Sarcalogos.
Blackguard, Metsatöll, and Ritual Healing were also on the bill on this evening.
I have been kicking myself since June for only having my 24-120mm lens with me the first time I visited this ranch in Oregon high desert country. The second time I brought my 70-300mm lens, but there were no eagle sightings on that day.
This photo showed up as my background, desktop photo of the day so I decided to process it. When I viewed it at 100% I realized that this eagle has a field mouse in its talons. You can see it too if you click on the image (maybe twice depending on your browser) to view it at 100%.

Autzen Stadium, PK Park, and Pape Field panorama
I suppose an animal with eyes on the sides of its head could view the University of Oregon’s three sporting venues (football, baseball, and soccer) all at once. Us humans need to photomerge six photos together to see them at the same time. This is a 180 degree view from the deck next to the Autzen Stadium Press Box at halftime this past Saturday.
Exmortus returns to Southern Oregon for a gig with Hatchet and a couple of local bands (Attic and Insanity’s Reign) at Musichead (11/20/13). Unfortunately, I don’t think I can make it.
