Ashland, Oregon – July 3, 2025

For several nights before the 4th of July, Ashland experienced some out-of-this-world sunsets. The above is actually looking east, in the opposite direction of the sunset. I imagine looking west (which we can’t really see from our home) would have been even better.

Looking east in Ashland, Oregon

I’ve posted this view many times before, usually a sunrise. However, sometimes a look to the east can be nice even as the sun is setting in the opposite direction.
