Upper Table Rock (Oregon – January 2022)

I have hiked the table rocks mostly in summer and fall. I’ve seen water on them before but never as much as I did early last month (after a wet December). Alas, until yesterday it hadn’t rained at all in over five weeks, very unusual for this time of year.

Adam O’Brien

Southern Oregon University’s Adam O’Brien was named the WVT Laboratory Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

O’Brien, a junior from Rocklin, California majoring in accounting, matched the highest clearance at the Whitworth Invitational, improving his NAIA ‘B’ standing and moving up the Number 10 on the national performance list.

Kitchen Dwellers @ Ashland Armory (February 9, 2022)

…is what the current tour featuring Kitchen Dwellers and Leftover Salmon should probably be called. They swung through the Historic Ashland Armory this past Wednesday night, making Thursday a fairly difficult day for me. Note to self, always drink 30+ oz. of water before falling asleep on such evenings.
