Parading down The Mall
A couple days ago we headed out early to catch the “Changing of the Guard” at Buckingham Palace. Turns out we weren’t nearly early enough for much of a view of anything. However, as things were breaking up at noon we happened to be crossing the street toward St. James’s Park when today’s scene unfolded before us.
