A band that wasn’t on my radar before hearing about the festivals of 2019 was Demon Head. Upon listening, I quickly became a fan and was fortunate enough to see them not once but twice. Unfortunately, they had really bad time slots. At Copenhell they had the earliest show on the final day. Their performance was amazing, but there wasn’t a big crowd, and those in attendance, including myself, were pretty tired. Almost a month later I saw them at Metal Magic, pictured above, well past midnight after the first day of the festival. Brilliant again, the stage seemed a little cramped for all five of them and their props.
