The DK Soul Project has been very active recently. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen them since December, when I took today’s photo.

This Friday (8/10/18) they will be at Paschal Winery, and Saturday (8/11/18) they will be at Ashland Arts Center.

SOU campus (Worland Stadium Plaza and Lithia Motors Pavilion) looking out on Grizzly Peak

The last couple years have been challenging photography wise because of the construction on the new Lithia Motors Pavilion. Football and soccer had an ugly, construction background for many angles, and while Ashland High School gym lighting isn’t the worst, it isn’t as good as the new pavilion on the Southern Oregon University campus.

You can check out the new digs, in less than three weeks, outdoors for the men’s soccer game (noon) on August 24 or indoors for volleyball (7 p.m.) on the same day.
