Located on the opposite side of the Continental Divide as Lake McDonald, you don’t have to look into the distance to see the Rocky Mountains when gazing at Saint Mary Lake. We saw a moose and a grizzly bear in the lake.

We just returned from a trip to Glacier National Park. After deleting over a hundred photos, I still have about 800 that are publishable. How many will ever get processed and posted here? I don’t know. Certainly not anywhere near 800. Anyway, for the next few months expect a photo or two a week from Glacier, a magnificent place.
