This is the guy that made it so that you can’t figure out who is playing at the upcoming show. In all seriousness, his band logos are actually fairly discernable. It’s those that have copied his style and made them more extreme that are at fault. He’s probably most famous for his Emperor logo–a band who was at this very festival.

How often do you get to hang out with Christophe Szpajdel and Ihsahn on the same day in an 18th-century fortress?

40 years ago yesterday, a magical album was released that forever changed my brain.

The above song wasn’t on that album. King Diamond’s “Halloween” was another two and half years down the road, but it fits better with today’s theme.
