Krakow, Poland Airbnb
The view from my Airbnb in Krakow last June was fun. However, my room was on the top floor, there was no elevator, I have a bad back, and I had to carry all of my luggage up and down almost 100 stairs. When I went out for the day, I was extra careful to not forget anything because I didn’t want to have to do those stairs more than absolutely necessary.

No Copenhell for me this year. This will be my first miss since 2015, and I would have been there the last two years (had they happened). So disappointing!
If I were going, I’ve highlighted the bands I would want to see on this schedule/running order. The really tough choice this year would have been deciding between Devin Townsend and Denial of God on Thursday night. Unless Devin Townsend was playing at another festival I was going to, I’d probably pick him as I saw Denial of God last summer, and I’ve never seen Devin Townsend before. However, that Denial of God show was soooo great…
Bersærk, Redwood Hill, and Svartsot is also a tough overlap. I’d go with Redwood Hill, though, as I saw the two other bands last summer as well.
Having Death to All, Xenoblight, and Gatecreeper at the same time is odd as they are somewhat similar.
The bands I wouldn’t miss a second of include Suicidal Tendencies, Nyredolk, Hällas, Vreid, Mastodon, Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate, and ORM.

The professor (also a children’s doctor) has had a fairly recent burial for such an old cemetery. Also, it’s always interesting to see the uniqueness of a different country’s cemetery. This one had a zen vibe to it.
